
I'm going to try and do the 30-day shred. It's a 30 day workout, with 3 levels, it got really good reviews... So maybe I can try it too? I haven't worked out for years, and I read exercise is a good anti-depressant. I'm motivated, and I have nothing better to do. Perfect timing :)

how neat that you found my blog just after i posted about your city! it was such an amazing place to be. i loved it so much & will definitely be back. i am loving your blog & hoping you are feeling better & brighter! i just recently watched a documentary that mentioned Niacin(vitamin B3) being an amazing treatment for depression. you should try it : )

I am getting better and better every day. I see an excellent therapist and talking freely with my friends is also helping a lot, with doing things that give me a sense of mastery like taking pictures and writing songs, really help :) Thanks for the vitamin advice! I'll check it out at my pharmacy today!! :) Have a nice weekend!!
